We are a real estate investment and management firm based in Los Angeles. We started our business 30 years ago by purchasing residential properties and have since expanded our portfolio to include student housing, shopping centers, apartments and industrial properties. We also provide third-party management services to select clients.

We have well over 100 different accounts that he helps us manage through online banking, along with access to loans when we need them, and most importantly, a dedicated person available for daily communication whenever necessary. In addition to meeting all of our banking needs, our bank is there for us on the lending side. They keep our capital flowing through various loans and credit lines. You can’t get anyone to call you back at other banks. Here, we not only have our Relationship Manager’s cellphone number, but we also have dedicated office support. If our Relationship Manager is unavailable, we can count on his team to handle our needs.
