G. Jeffrey Records, Jr.
Chairman of the Board
Records joined MidFirst Bank in 1984. He was vice chairman from 1988 until 1998, when he was named chairman of the board and chief executive officer. During Records' nearly thirty-year tenure as chief executive officer, the Bank successfully grew from $4 billion to $40 billion in assets and became the largest privately owned bank in the nation. Prior to joining MidFirst, Records earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College.

Todd Dobson
Chief Executive Officer
Dobson joined MidFirst Bank in 1991 and was promoted to treasurer in 1994. He served as chief financial officer from 1995 until 2018 and president from 2018 until 2025. Dobson assumed the role of chief executive officer in 2025 and has served as a member of the board of directors since 2007. Dobson is a Certified Public Accountant with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Oklahoma Christian University and a master's degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University. Prior to joining MidFirst, Dobson spent several years at Price Waterhouse.

Ken Clark
Senior Executive Vice President, MidFirst Bank; President, Midland Mortgage Division
Clark has been with MidFirst Bank since 1985 and joined the board of directors in 2011. He serves as senior executive vice president of MidFirst Bank and as president of Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank. Clark is responsible for all mortgage banking operations and related financial activities including the acquisition of wholesale mortgage servicing and bank-owned mortgage loan portfolios. He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting. Clark is a Certified Public Accountant.
