I started my law firm in 1996 with the intent of providing each of my clients with the resources of a large firm, and the personalized service and cost-effectiveness of a small firm. Since its inception, the firm has expanded its scope and clientele, representing hundreds of business and personal clients in any given year.
I switched banks because I needed a bank that has the same approach to client service that I’ve built my business on. I’ve found that here, with customized service, direct access to my banker and the ability to call my banker to resolve issues immediately. I consider my Relationship Manager, Sev Araradian, a personal friend.
With a Relationship Manager, the response time is incredible. If I need to get verification for a check, I call Sev or my personal banker to accomplish what I need in minutes. It does not matter what time of day it is; they will get it done. You don’t see that kind of service with larger banks, or even the smaller banks. I don’t usually give referrals, but I have a friend who needed a more responsive bank. I referred him to here, and he has been very pleased with their service.
