At Speechcom, we are dedicated to placing the best speech pathologists into local Southern California school districts. Because we serve schools and families, there’s a direct line between what we do and the quality of somebody’s life – for the rest of their life.

We started by providing services to schools and have expanded into clinical services and occupational therapy. Whenever we think about scaling up and investing in new lines of business we call our Relationship Manager. We count on them to provide both financial opportunities and accessible support.

For us, it boils down to relationships – business, employee, family and community. Yes, we’re business owners, but we’re also humanists. It’s our moral mission to balance everyone’s needs. That’s a huge responsibility — and one that our bank understands.
