Bonnie Rubin is an Executive Managing Director for MidFirst Bank’s California market. With more than two decades at the bank, she leads teams of bankers who deliver relationship‑based deposit and lending solutions known for responsiveness, exemplary service, and long‑term client partnerships. Alongside her leadership responsibilities, Bonnie continues to work directly with clients, particularly in the real estate, professional and entertainment communities — to structure credit, optimize liquidity and navigate complex banking needs. 

Earlier in her career, Bonnie held leadership and relationship‑management roles at City National Bank and previously worked with First Los Angeles and First Interstate Bank. She holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also earned a Personal Financial Planning designation from UCLA and is a CFP® professional. An active community leader, Bonnie served on the Century City Chamber board for more than 20 years and currently serves on the board of directors of the Lorraine Jackson Foundation.
