Chris has over 10 years of structured real estate lending experience. He focuses on commercial real estate loans for property types including multifamily, retail, office, industrial and construction. He serves as Director of the Commercial Real Estate group, and caters to custom credit structures, including secured and unsecured lines of credit, bridge and permanent financing. Prior to joining the Bank, Chris was responsible for sourcing, pricing, structuring and underwriting equity and debt investments for Legg Mason Real Estate Investors, Inc. Chris received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, holds a real estate license from the California Department of Real Estate, is involved in Five Acres School Children and is a founding member of the Nine Tenths Group, a nonprofit organization focused on educating young professionals through meaningful exchange with community and peer leaders.
