Gil has more than 30 years of banking experience with a focus on middle-market companies and their owners. His clients are participants in a variety of industries, including property management, healthcare, entertainment and commercial real estate. Gil's focus is to work with Real Estate Developers and investors who seek complicated construction financing with a personal touch. Prior to joining the bank, Gil served as a Senior Relationship Manager with Community Bank and Grandpoint Bank.

Gil is actively involved in the community as a member of The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, and the West Valley Food Pantry where he regularly donates time, resources and food to those less fortunate. Gil is also very involved with local religious organizations in his community. Gil is a past member of the Child Development Institute, in which he served on the board for several years. He resides with his wife, two sons and daughter in Woodland Hills, CA. They enjoy travelling, camping, hiking and quality family time.
