Jason has over 30 years of experience in financial and banking services, he and his team focus on relationship management, credit origination and investment management services for privately held companies, nonprofits, commercial and residential real estate, primarily in the bank’s San Diego markets. Shidler has strong ties to the San Diego community, dedicating his time to several organizations, most recently as a trustee for the San Diego Natural History Museum.

Jason studied finance at San Diego State University. Previously, Jason spent 20 years with First Republic Bank and 10 years at Wells Fargo.
