If your bank card, credit card, or checkbook is lost or stolen, contact MidFirst Bank immediately using the guidelines below. We will assist you in protecting your account from loss and future fraudulent charges.

Report a lost or stolen debit card

  • Report your lost or stolen debit card immediately
  • Please call 888.MIDFIRST (888.643.3477) during the hours listed: Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. - 9 p.m., Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. (all times Central)

Contact a credit bureau

After speaking with a MidFirst representative, you may contact the three major credit bureaus to place a fraud alert on your credit file. You may also order one free credit report per year from each of the three credit bureaus.
