Denise Cramer

Denise Cramer serves as senior vice president and managing director of Private Wealth in Oklahoma City. With a foundation in trust and estate law and prior experience in the oil and gas sector with a Fortune 500 company, Denise brings a rare blend of legal acumen and industry insight to her wealth management practice. She began her financial services career at Bank of Oklahoma, where she built a reputation for delivering innovative yet practical strategies tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families. Her legal background enables her to guide clients with confidence through complex trust administration and estate settlement processes.

After relocating to Oklahoma, Denise earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern Nazarene University and her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She is a licensed attorney and an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association and the American Bankers Association. She is also a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute, earning her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) accreditation. 

Denise is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CARE Center, where she is also a past president and vice president. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City and volunteers with United Way.
