Jay Evans

Jay Evans serves as a first vice president, specialty assets manager with MidFirst Bank. Jay has more than 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. With knowledge of both public- and private equity- backed energy companies, Jay provides clients with clear strategies to protect, manage and transition their wealth with clarity and confidence. Born and raised in Weatherford, Oklahoma, Jay earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Oklahoma Christian University and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was a Hatton Sumners scholar. He is a past board member of the Oklahoma City Association of Petroleum Landmen, volunteers with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Jay resides with his wife and children in Edmond, Oklahoma.
