Bill Bogatay

Based in Dallas, TX, Bill Bogatay has more than 25 years of experience in asset-based finance solutions, specifically marketing to private equity groups, investment bankers and directly to corporations. Bill assists in the expansion of MFBC's North American presence, originating senior secured debt facilities for companies in the Southwest including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Kansas. 

Prior to joining MFBC, Bogatay was responsible for sourcing asset-based and cash flow loans for middle market borrowers throughout the Southwest at Sterling National Bank. He also has a proven history of success in various senior level positions with Bank of America, GMAC, PNC and Wells Fargo. 

Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Pittsburg State University.
